Itinerary

Welcomed by our crew and hosts of this event, set sail out of the harbor, and experience a Healing Sounds Massage from our massage therapists of Massage Bonaire.

Gentle massage techniques are used in conjunction with the harmonious sounds of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, or nature sounds to create a deeply immersive and healing experience for the body, mind, and spirit.

The second part of this coastal cruise you will be guided by Kelly Livingston from Fit4life Athletics during a gentle yoga flow with focus on relaxation and stress relief. This includes light and easy postures to help you release tension and prepare for a restful evening.

End the evening with a guided meditation as the sun sets.
