Tourism Corporation Bonaire recognizes Carlos Mancilla Hurtado as Bonaire Friend for July

Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) is proud to recognize Carlos Mancilla Hurtado as the Bonaire Friend for July in appreciation of the positive and lasting impression he made on one of Bonaire’s visitors.

Carlos, who works in Pool, Garden & Beach Maintenance at Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort Bonaire, was nominated by Esther Miedema from the Netherlands after experiencing his cheerful and welcoming presence throughout her stay. In her nomination, Esther described how Carlos could be seen every morning preparing the beach and surrounding areas while happily singing and whistling, creating a warm and memorable start to each day.

She shared that Carlos’ enthusiasm and genuine hospitality enhanced her vacation and made her feel especially welcome on Bonaire, inspiring her to nominate him as a Bonaire Friend.
