Tourism Corporation Bonaire recognizes 14 guests as Bonaire ambassadors

Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) recognized 14 guests as Bonaire ambassadors in the bronze, silver, gold, and platinum categories in September.

In the bronze category, Andrea and Leonar Beedon were honored for the ten years they have been visiting Bonaire. Carl and Lisa Hickey also received recognition in this category because they have been visiting Bonaire for 12 years. They all come from the United States.

In the silver category, Foppe and Andre Heineman from the Netherlands were honored, as well as Kevin and Liza Grohan together with Dianne Ochs from the United States. They received recognition because they have been visiting Bonaire for 15 consecutive years.

A gold pin was presented to Martha Barrow and William Wheeler from the United States, who have been coming to Bonaire for 20 years.

Samantha Jemison and the couple Jim and Cheryl Macqueene, also from the United States, have received the highest award, namely a platinum plaque for the 30 and 35 years that they have been visiting Bonaire, respectively.

Helen Mercera was in charge of the recognition ceremony, while the presentation of the corresponding pins was in the hands of Mrs. Claire Thielman-Sealy and Mrs. Lilianne de Geus, a former employee of TCB.
