TCB honors three athletes as Bonaire Ambassadors for their successes in inter-island and international competitions

During the Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) Taste of Bonaire event, held last Saturday, September 27, three young Bonaireans were recognized for excelling in boxing and karate at both the inter-island and international levels.

The athletes receiving this recognition are:

• Everon Vrutaal, who won the title of Karate Champion Ecuador Open 2025
• Ricardi Muñoz, who won the championship title at the Youth Heavyweight Boxing Battle of the Islands
• Dylan Sint Jago, who recently won the championship title at the Junior Featherweight Championship of the Golden Jab Awards in Curaçao

All three athletes were recognized as Bonaire Ambassadors for their outstanding achievements and for upholding Bonaire’s reputation in international and inter-island competitions. On this occasion, TCB director Elesiër Angel, and Helen Mercera presented the plaques and accompanying gifts.
