Discover our new culinary concept: ‘Our Michelin Chef René Brienen invites…’. Once a month, our Michelin Chef René Brienen will prepare a 6-course Michelin dinner with another Michelin-starred chef. Two chefs, one passion. With a different special menu each time. An evening where you’ll want for nothing.

On Saturday, September 13th, and Sunday September 14th, René Brienen invites Michelin-starred Chef André van Doorn (Kasteel Heemstede) for an exclusive evening full of refined flavors. An evening your taste buds won’t soon forget. And you can be there.

“This will be an evening of enjoyment at the highest level,” says René. “Think live cooking, the finest fresh produce, delicious wines, and an atmosphere you can only find on Bonaire.”

During this evening, you’ll enjoy a 6-course Michelin dinner (excluding drinks), paired wines, and live music.
