What to expect is a unique experience of the local cuisine on fine dining level. Local caught seafood, oxtail, vegetables grown in own Kunuku and other surprising local flavors.
We offer a welcome drink made with local rum from The Cadushy Distillery, an amuse like you have never tasted before and 5 courses made by our 5 chefs.
In addition to this, The Wine Factory Bonaire offers a high end wine pairing to complement the dishes. The wine pairing is optional
