Bonaire welcomes tourism partners for a week of industry events

Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) is pleased to announce its event schedule for September 21–25, 2026. The week will feature a variety of activities and networking opportunities for tourism industry stakeholders and partners, with registration available for select events.

The week will begin with TCB welcoming a group of travel agents from North America for a familiarization (FAM) trip. Throughout their visit, the agents will experience a variety of activities designed to showcase Bonaire, including site visits, an island tour, and a business speed-dating event with local tourism partners.

On September 23, TCB will host the Flash Flamingle Speed Date at Biña Restaurant. Local tourism partners are invited to register for the opportunity to meet and connect with international travel partners. The event provides a valuable platform to reconnect with existing contacts, establish new relationships, and explore potential business opportunities.

The Annual Bonaire Tourism Summit 2026 will take place on September 24 at Van der Valk Plaza Resort Bonaire. Attendees can look forward to a full day featuring local and international speakers and discussions focused on the key factors shaping the future of tourism.

The program will explore how technology, global travel trends, destination strategy, branding, air connectivity, hospitality, and local tourism experiences are interconnected. The summit is designed to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration, while providing a platform for the tourism sector to look ahead and identify opportunities for Bonaire.

After the formal program, the summit will conclude with Tourism After 5, giving attendees an additional opportunity to network and continue the conversation.

On September 25, there will be a brainstorm session at Delfins Beach Resort. The “Everything Is Connected” brainstorming session brings together tourism stakeholders to identify key challenges, explore opportunities, and develop innovative ideas across different sectors of Bonaire’s tourism industry
