Bonaire present at the Vakantie Expo in Antwerp

Bonaire, represented by the Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) and Grand Windsock Bonaire, participated in the Vakantie Expo (Holiday Expo) in Antwerp, Belgium, from January 26 to 28, 2024.

The TCB team, consisting of Marjolein Oleana – Business Manager & Europe Liaison, Annette Emerenciana – Marketing PR & Project Coordinator, and Sander Winterberg – General Manager of Grand Windsock Bonaire, participated at the Vakantie Expo.

The Vakantie Expo Antwerp attracted a total of 20,000 visitors. At Bonaire’s tastefully decorated booth, TCB provided information about the island along with a tasting of Rom Rincón and Cactus liqueur.

With its presence at the fair, TCB aims to further strengthen its position in the Belgian market. During the expo, TCB engaged in constructive discussions with various tour operators, with the goal of including Bonaire in their holiday offerings.

Participation in the Vakantie Expo provided TCB an excellent opportunity to present Bonaire’s unique charms to visitors and explore new possibilities in collaboration with key players in the Belgian travel industry. With a focus on increasing visibility, Bonaire hopes to achieve further growth within the Belgian market.

Tourism Corporation Bonaire and 11 other island partners will be at the Duikvaker on February 3 and 4, 2024, in Houten.
