Bonaire participated at KLM Christmas event in Rotterdam Ahoy

KLM spoiled its Flying Blue participants on December 28th at the Christmas event in Ahoy in Rotterdam. The invitation was sent to more than 6,000 Flying Blue members who have flown with KLM with their children in the past 36 months. As a thank you for the loyal customers, KLM wanted to organize a unique family outing in a winter Christmas atmosphere. Guests were warmly welcomed with a snack and a drink and children could participate in various activities. Then they enjoyed the amazing show of the Christmas Circus Ahoy with their whole family.

Bonaire, Aruba and Curaçao were present at the event to promote to this very important target group. At the cozy booth of Bonaire, suitcase labels and beach balls were handed out. Marjolein Oleana and Sander Langeveld represented Bonaire at this important event. A grand prize was also raffled among those present, which consisted of a 6-day trip to Bonaire including an island tour and an authentic local lunch.

Marjolein Oleana, Business Manager at Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB), thinks it is a great initiative by KLM to pamper loyal family travelers in this way. There is a full focus on quality time with the family and on being together, with holidays being a big part of it.
