Het omvat strategie\u00ebn om bezoekers te onderwijzen en te inspireren, toerisme gebaseerd op de gemeenschap uit te voeren, Bonaire te herpositioneren als een vooraanstaande duurzame reisbestemming, de markt te diversifi\u00ebren, de toeristische bestedingen te verhogen, het juiste publiek aan te trekken en het serviceniveau te verbeteren. Het plan markeert ook een verschuiving in de aanpak van TCB van traditionele marketing naar ge\u00efntegreerd bestemmingsbeheer en marketing, waarbij de nadruk ligt op milieubescherming, cultureel erfgoed en welzijn van de gemeenschap.
